Justice for Ryan Wilson

Ryan Wilson died of an apparent suicide in the Manhattan Detention Center known as "The Tombs". It was reported that Correction Officer Oscar Rojo and Capt. Rebecca Hillman saw Wilson with a makeshift noose around his neck before he hanged himself and left him and waited 15 min before going back to check on him. It was also reported that the officer and the captain thought it was a joke!
Ryan Wilson suffered from mental illness and should have been on watch!
The facts leading up to this case doesn't make sense. Ryan spoke to family that same morning and had a regular conversation and no thought out suicide plans were had. Ryan was also reported to be getting released and had an upcoming court date. We need Justice!
Ryan also didn't have any life insurance. So please help us with his arrangements. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
