Donations for Judy Tugonon

On Sunday, 3/18/18, at 8:15pm, 25 year old, Judy Tugonon was walking down Westside Ave towards Boyd Ave.  Approximately 8:16pm she was crossing the street in the crosswalk and was struck by a Gun Metal Grey Jeep Grand Cherokee.  It was a newer model with blue headlights. The SUV dragged her body up Boyd Ave. and rolled over her body with its passenger side front and back wheels.  The driver of the vehicle did not stop and sped up Boyd Ave. Judy is a kind hearted, vibrant, hardworking, bubbly person.  She takes care of her disabled mother and 10 year old daughter on her own and will need some help recovering from her injuries.   She has 2 fractured ribs, slightly collapsed right lung, both pelvises fractured, two lower back bones broken being held by a rod, burn and tire marks on her stomach and back.  She will need therapy to help her walk for atleast 8 weeks.   The first question she asked me when I saw her in the Trauma ward was, how was she going to work.  To help relieve some financial burden she will endure in the next couple months, I'm trying to raise money to help pay her bills while she is recovering.  Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you all for sharing our posts of the accident.  The police have not found the culprit yet, so please, if you have any information that can help put this animal behind bars call [phone redacted].
