My son has Nephrotic syndrome and in relapse

My 4 yr is in relapse he has Nephrotic syndrome and will have to be admitted in the hospital i will be  a hr and 30 mins away from my home. i don't have the finances to eat while he's admitted, I will be up there alone and I have no family . Hes condition is not improving and I know the next step will be the Er. im just asking for a little help to get us through this trying time once again. anything will be a true blessing
