Just a little boost needed

I never thought I'd ever need to do this but, here I am. I am having a bit of a rough time right now. I lost my job this past spring and have been scrapping it out since then to get by. I've lately been doing some carpentry and busy work for an elderly couple while still pursuing my ultimate goal and dream of opening a live music club. That's a major undertaking and it has been very time consuming but, it's the only thing I've ever wanted to do in this one life. I love live music more than anything. It just seems to make so many people so happy. All of my musician friends and acquaintances love my concept/theme and have offered their time and knowledge in helping me get there. I also have one person that does tech work for a few very big names that happens to live fairly close to me offer his time and expertise to set up my PA system and other tweaks. The excruciating aspect of it is trying to find investors.

I try to stay generally positive and happy and I'm always willing to help others within my means. I have my down days (more so lately than not, unfortunately) where I'm not Mr. Pleasant but, even then I try to be courteous and respectful. Those two things cost nothing and are virtually effortless to put into practice. I love being around people and festive atmospheres.

But, to the task at hand I do need a little help to get caught up with the rent and a couple of bills and possibly get some work done on my truck (oil pressure issue). I'm beginning to make a few more contacts and with more determination, perseverance and persistence I will finally get to my ultimate goal. Any help you can give will be very much appreciated and in the future I'll do my absolute best to pay it forward. Take care and always support your local musicians!
