Rona's surgery

Our dog Rona was born January 14 with a condition only fixable with surgery to have a normal life. We purchased her from a very reputable breeder. They had very great reviews so we were very confident in our decision. We found out on September 1st that our baby was born without hip sockets. (Hip dysplasia) We contacted the breeder and they were very apologetic and refunded our money. They have never had this issue before so were just as shocked as us.  She is currently on medications to keep her from being in pain and able to walk somewhat normally. We have fallen in love with her and would like to see her live her best and longest life possible. Thank you for any help you can give. We are trying to get her surgery done as soon as possible!
