June's saving grace

My baby June is going through loss of her red blood cell count. She should be at 35% but she is currently at 11.7%. The vet hospital needs at least $4k down payment to start proceeding with blood transfusions, steroids, and antibiotics. I was told she had one of the following diagnosis: cancer/tumor, auto immune disease, or infectious disease caused from a tick or other insect. She is the best dog (boo boo) I have ever known and she deserves a fighting chance! anything will help her get better! PLEASE we are so torn up! I'm not the best journalist but at this point I don't even care. Please help if you can.
