Julissa Perticone Life Celebration

It is with extreme despair that we are writing this message to inform all of Julissa “Julie’s” dear friends and extended family members of the recent event.
It is with a heavy heart that we are informing anyone who has not yet heard that Julissa "Julie" Antonella Perticone, who born on November 24th, 1989, passed away and was called home by the Lord to be in Heaven last Wednesday morning, November 9th, 2016. She was only 26 years old, and would have turned 27 in just two short weeks from the date of this incredibly devastating event that breaks our hearts more than words can ever express. God must have needed the most beautiful angel he had ever created.
Julie was born in Peru, South America, and later become a South Florida native and a proud and patriotic US citizen at a young age. Julie loved our country and was very passionate about many issues. Julissa had an unbelievably big, warm, and beautiful soul and an even bigger and loving heart. There was one particular incident just this past January, where she took off her (brand new) favorite “warm and fuzzy” boots and socks to give them to a homeless barefoot woman in dire straits out in the bitter cold. She would have done the same (and all that she could) for any one of you; for this is just one example of a good deed that she has done to help make a difference in the world, and there were so many others.
Julie was incredibly personable, and a loved human being. She also loved to have as many friends around her as it made her feel good! She was a definite people person with real virtues, for example - just look at the vast number of friends she collected on her Facebook page! Growing up, she always had a lot of friends over at her parents’ home, sharing her love of friendship, animals, artistic talents, and music with one another. She was a talented musician and played both the piano and the clarinet. She loved drawing elaborate pictures mostly of Disney characters, and absolutely loved Disney World, and to go there both as a child and as an adult. To her it was the truly the “Happiest Place on Earth”. She wanted so very much to go back there again. She was a child at heart. She was so pure and so beautiful that she could shatter the walls and fill the room when she walked in with her amazing and beautiful smile.
Her love for all her friends and family was boundless, and her love for animals incredibly even larger. Julissa had many pets (dogs, cats, parakeets, bunnies, etc.) as a child growing up, and recently adopted four rescue dogs (Tiesto, Gigi, Shyanne & Oliver, plus her love for Willard, Buzz’s adopted rescue dog) over the past short 4 years! She loved each and every one of them with all of her heart, and considered them all her very special "BABIES". They are now under the loving care and currently reside with her fiancé, Buzz, however, they are now sadly lethargic and miss her so terribly much that it would bring a tear to your eye just to see their demeanor. They miss their mommy’s love and being spoiled rotten by her.
When I (Erin) had nothing at all, Julie was always willing to give me whatever she had or could afford, even if it meant going to great lengths to do so no matter what anyone else's opinion was. This was another strong characteristic of Julie that taught me how much she truly cared for the feelings of other’s, sometimes and very often more than her own. If anyone had a heart of gold, it was this amazing girl, Julie.
She always lived by the Dr. Seuss quote, "be who you are and say what you feel, because those that mind don't matter and those that matter don't mind". i.e. “always be yourself”.
Julissa is survived by her loving parents, Guido and Charo Perticone, her sister, Francesca Perticone, and her forever best friend and fiancé, Buzz Fyhrie.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are asking that all her friends and loved ones (and all of those out there that she has ever touched in one way or another) help us to finance a very special memorial service somewhere close to the beach where we can all gather and share our love of Julie and celebrate her amazing life.
All donations are welcome in any amount possible, and of course anything at all would be greatly appreciated. 100% of the proceeds raised will go directly toward creating a beautiful service for all of us to celebrate together in memory of one of the most beautiful angels in the entire universe, Julissa Antonella Perticone. Donations will be secured directly by Buzz Fyhrie to ensure that we can make this important event happen and as soon as possible. Come on everyone, if anyone deserves a celebration of her life, the person is Julie. Since she would have financed a total stranger’s service if she had the means to do so just because of the loving heart she had. The universe needs us to come together now to make this possible and to celebrate our beautiful Angel “JULIE” who is now in Heaven. I know I would want her to look down smiling, knowing that people cared as much for her as she always did for them.
Again, PLEASE be so kind and put forth all you can so that we can make this service possible in her honor. He looks forward to all calls of support whenever possible, and is having a very rough time right now just getting through day by day.
Julie is gone and way too soon, but she will never ever EVER be forgotten. She was and still is the most beautiful person we ever met, both inside and out.
If our financial goal is exceeded, all extra proceeds will go to the Perticone family to help offset her funeral cremation costs and we will also share the extra funds with the animal shelter where Julie adopted her newest puppy “Baby Shyanne” (The Animal Aid Shelter).
Please let’s all come together so we can give her the awesome celebration of life she so richly earned and deserves.
