Julio Gamarra Eye Surgery

Donation protected
This is our good friend and brother Julio Gamarra from Roswell Spanish Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Unfortunately, he is having serious problems with his precious eyesight.  He has partial retina detachment on both eyes, cataracts, and cornea issues.  His vision is heavily impaired.  He gets severe headaches and says that his vision is mostly cloudy.  He says we look like black spots to him.  He works as a handyman doing jobs here and there but because he cannot drive and his eyesight is impaired he is very limited at what he can do, and, therefore, has very limited funds to cover any surgery costs.  He lives alone in his apartment, and, so just making ends meet does not happen for him most of the time.  He does not have any medical insurance or receive any type of medical or monetary assistance from the government.   Because of this situation he cannot afford eye surgeries or treatments from The Emory Eye Center in Atlanta, Georgia.   The best they can do at the eye center is have him pay 50% of the surgery upfront (equivalent to $6000).  The rest he can pay in installments.   This monetary amount is impossible for him to reach that is why I decided to do this GoFund Me account for him.  My goal is to help him reach the goal of receiving the $12,000 to cover all of his surgery costs.  This surgery will help save his eyesight.   If it is within your possibilities, please help in any way you can.   Any little bit counts.
