Julie's Story

The Conerly and Pearson Family have set up a gofundme account for Julie Conerly to help with medical and other expenses.


Julie was diagnosed with breast cancer November 2016.  At that time, she continued to work while she was receiving chemo treatment.   After a few weeks, she could no longer continue to work and took a medical leave of absence.   While she was on medical leave, the doctors also discovered the cancer had spread to her lungs and other parts of her body.  In addition, her employers had a massive lay off and closed the office where she worked, therefore her insurance was terminated effective September 30, 2017. With the monies from disability and the stipend they receive as Pastors she was denied Medicaid because they were $68 over the income limit.

At this time, she requires 24 hour care, which inhibits her husband from obtaining employment since he is her primary caretaker. We are soliciting financial support from family, friends, and co-workers to reduce some of the financial hardship they are experiencing.
