Julie from being Homeless while Handicapped

So... I literally almost drowned in the horrible storm Monday night/Tuesday am (Jan 8-9) - car got tons of river water in it & if it hadn't started & got out of river flood I would have had to call Nine One One & been airlifted out - if I hadn't woken up I would have never woken up...

Car is at dealership being checked how expensive - if more than cost of car it'll be totaled - it's probably totaled cause all the dash lights are on red & yellow - the electric engine is completely gone & gas engine is 3/4 gone & door electronics don't work - headlights, taillights, windows, locks, wipers won't stop going - but the radio works? & all the cloth interior rugs floor & seats are wet & moldy & stinks bad -- & so insurance got me a rental car for now... When I called insurance she knew where I had been because a whole bunch of people had their cars flooded there - & nobody came to check on us - we were abandoned to the river flood... Yes, the homeless were abandoned to the river flood, by the LA County sheriff's & the LAPD & the Park Rangers -- when it's going to flood or it is flooding they're supposed to close the basin roads & get everyone out before the flood rises -

& I'm still freaked out scared from it...

I'm horrified & incensed that they just left us there to drown...

******What insurance will only pay is BlueBook - BlueBook is 30%of what car cost only 3 months ago!!!!!!******
