Juliana Longo Hip Surgeries Fundraiser

Hello my name is Travis Leseth and I have set up this fundraiser for my wonderful girlfriend Juliana Longo.
On December 10th, 2020 Juliana will undergo the FIRST of TWO hip surgeries at HSS Hospital in NYC. Unfortunately Juliana was recently diagnosed with a condition in both her hips that has caused dysplascia and impingement. Because of this she struggles daily with things most of us tend to take for granted including walking, exercising and even sleeping. The surgeries she has scheduled will not only correct the issues in her hips but will ultimately allow her to resume a happy and healthy life!
From the time I met Juliana I knew she had an enormous heart. She is truly one of the most kind, generous, compassionate, humble, strong, brave, courageous and amazing people I have ever met. There are simply not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe her..
A perfect example of this is when I was diagnosed with cancer in October of 2019. It was the scariest time of my life and she stood by me every step of the way. After the surgery that removed my cancer she took care of me in every way you could think of. She never complained and was happy to take care of someone she cared about.
NOW it is my turn (with YOUR help) to give Juliana the support she needs and deserves to get her through this extremely difficult time in her life. I have decided to use the GoFundMe platform in an effort to help lighten the load of medical expenses that will inevitably fall upon her. Your donations will not only help cover the cost of the two surgeries but also for essential medical equipment for post-surgery recovery, physical therapy sessions, follow up visits with doctors and more..
