If you've ever lived in Summit Hill. PA, you've known Judy Blake. She was the little lady with a kind word and a crescendoing laugh for everyone she met. She and her husband Gary were often seen at the grocery store or out on a walk. Together they were an integral part of the small town.
Judy passed away unexpectedly on December 30th after suffering complications from a very brief battle with cancer. Judy's family misses her immensely and is devastated by her untimely passing.
She was a kind, caring and loving person above all else. She took genuine interest in those around her and it has shown by the many who have come forward to offer our family their condolences.
Judy was proud of her family -- her husband, her two sons, their wives and her two grandchildren. Her family truly was her pride and joy. Gary and Judy would have celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary on January 17th.
Judy was judgement free, understanding and forgiving in any situation. She was the type of person who asked how you were and meant it. She'd continue to follow your ups and downs, and celebrated and empathized with you along the way. If you had her in your life as a family member, friend or even an acquaintance, you had someone in your life who cared about you deeply. Judy did.
