Help JT keep his apartment

Hi, my name is JT, and for the last two years I have been disabled by chronic pain in my lower left ribs. It has flipped my life upside down. I lived off a minimum wage job for two and a half years, relying entirely on myself and living what I would call a full life. I've never really relied on anyone else. Now getting out of bed takes mental and physical effort to push through the pain. I have had many specialists look over my charts and throw everything they've got at it, but no one has found the cause. I even had surgery in June 2021 to remove a piece of rib in hopes of maybe making space for my ribs to relax. Instead, it made my pain even worse. It created a ton of scar tissue that now adds to the severity of the pain and swelling in my ribs. Today I had a doctor's appointment with my regular doctor, who said she does not see a point in me going to her for appointments or referrals anymore. A specialist team from Vermont said they would see my case if I do ten weeks of physical therapy, but the pain is too much, and no doctor is willing to raise my dosages. Plus the copays adding up will be too much on my bank account. My parents and I have decided that we will use disability money to cover the PT and keep my apartment, but we don't know when that will be. I stream video games as a hobby since I can't work but it doesn't make enough to cover my bills, my parents have also chipped in to help but we are running low on funds. I am terrible at asking for help, but I am asking now. Any money donated to this fund will pay for my rent, utilities, and everything to keep me in this apartment until I hear back from disability. Any money over the goal will continue to go towards bills and give me a little more peace of mind while we wait for disabilities answer. Attached is a picture of the surgery scar for anyone who wants to see exactly what's up; it's almost a year old now. They removed a 6x4cm chunk of tissue and bone. If I could reverse time, I would have never gotten the surgery. Side note, if anyone knows some great pain doctors I would like to know. Travel is hard, but I am desperate for some relief and hopefully a fix!
