Junior Olympics 2017

Lowell Community Charter Public School is a K1-8, Level 1 inner city charter public school serving 800 students and located in the heart of Lowell, Massachusetts. You can see the commitment and persevering attitude on the faces of every person in the school building. You can also see that same attitude in its athletes. Faced with obstacles, such as no track to practice on, the track team perseveres and uses what resources it has to ensure that the team is successful. This year, for the fifth year in a row, members of the track team have the amazing opportunity to travel to Kansas to participate in the Junior Olympics National Track Meet. They have worked hard to get to where they are today. But there is another obstacle. The team needs funding to get to Lawrence, Kansas from Lowell, Massachusetts. Help our kiddos reach their goal and get closer to their dream.
