Help to regain a roof after surgery

After losing my family, I ended up losing everything. I've been living out of my car since June 23rd having a pelvic hernia operation on July 17th and to the present I can only work at a limited compacity right now, not enough income to get a roof back over my head and furniture. In 40 years I've never been in this position and its scary. Not getting enough to eat to gain my strength and weight back after Chron's disease diagnosis nearly 2 months its finally starting to break me. If you can find it in your heart to help I would be eternally grateful. Took a lot to humble myself here. Thank you
