Help with house downpayment

I have the opportunity to buy the house I'm renting. I must buy before end of September. I've worked hard to recover and move positively forward emotionally and financially since my catastrophic divorce. I qualify, but  need help with the down payment. This simple home and property is my dream, a sanctuary for me and my animal family. I also want to continue fostering and housing animals, especially senior and disabled ones. Please help me a little if you can.
