Our National Parks have been one of the few safe places to escape the woes of 2020. Let's show our gratitude by protecting and preserving these wild spaces for generations to come!

In a political environment steeped with division, one of the few acts of this year with bi-partisan support was the Great American Outdoors Act. This is something we can ALL agree on - we love our parks.
While the act provides $9.5 billion over the next 5 years for deferred maintenance, the backlogged repairs budget is closer to $12 billion. This budget refers to things like repaving roads, trail maintenance, restoring 100 year old buildings - all things to make the parks safer and more accessible to the growing number of people wanting to visit them!
Let's help make up the difference, and keep our parks safe, clean, and accessible to all! (And enjoy some festive music, poetry, and story telling while doing so!)
