Joyce Seeing Eye dog Odelia surgery

For those of you who are fortunate enough to know Joyce Cid, you know she's really an amazing woman.   You know that she has dedicated alot of time and energy to fundraising for the Blind. She cares alot about others and is willing to go without to help them.  Well yesterday her seeing eye dog "Odelia" had a massive Tumor and it ruptored, therefore requiring surgery, and then she needs to be monitored for 24hrs. to make sure there is no complications.  Unfortunatley Joyce got Odelia from New Jersey, as she felt having a german sheppard would be better for her as a single blind woman, but Guide dogs for the blind in New Jersey would have paid for this procedure, but since she lives in California, they won't.  Not trying to put anyone out but anything you can do would be much appreciated as Odelia is her eyes, and most people have a great bond with their animals, but she relies on her more than the average.  Thanks
