Joy of Reading fundraising

'Joy of Reading' seeks to put engaging books into the hands of school children.

Our goal is to give away 1 million books. To date, we have given almost 91,000 books. Average books cost between $3-$5, so the initial goal is $2,500 to a local school give away in the 2021-2022 school year.

As you have read, my goal is fun and makes me happy. If I reach my initial goal, I would like to have the extra funds available to another child to read.

FYI: Monetary donations go the FURTHEST because it allows me the go about finding and purchasing books for distribution
