Joy for Jax

As a close friend to the Aston’s we were absolutely broken hearted to hear of the ICU admission of their pocket rocket Jaxon.

Jax has had an incredible journey over the last week and a bit and it has left his beautiful family under a lot of strain. What started out as a simple virus turned very nasty very quickly.  Jax was taken from Geelong Hospital Emergency to the Royal Children’s Hospital ICU where they discovered he had extreme inflammation on the brain and complete spinal cord causing paralysis from the abdomen down. And this was just the start. With no idea what was causing this and no idea how to treat it Jax was faced with the fight of his life.

The Aston’s are no closer to an answer yet but Jax has had all his bloods and findings shipped off to Oxford London for specialist analysis. At this stage they don’t know what is permanent and what can be repaired.

We want to help and there is nothing that can be said but something can be done. With both parents needing to be by his side 24/7 this as we all know causes great strain on the whole family especially financially so here’s where we all come in. Please help me raise some much needed funds to remove some of the stress of this situation and help bring some Joy for Jax.
