Continuity of Care for Jovit

Jovit John Genato or simply "Jovit" to his friends, went to Australia to find a greener pasture for his family of three-a loving wife and 2 bubbly teens.
Jovit enrolled in an aged care training course in Australia and waiting for his official papers when he had a medical accident sometime in October 2017. He had a cardiac arrest while working in the garden. The paramedics tried to resuscitate him for more than 15 minutes. Whilst he regained his breathing, he remained unconscious to this day. He suffered severe irreversible brain damage, and has 3 blocked arteries in the heart.
Presently interned at Frangipani Gentle Care Group Homes in Castle Hill, NSW. He is being nursed by his wife, who does part time jobs in between to sustain their daily expenses. Having little help from government subsidy (Medicare), the children, who are not enrolled in school yet, take turns caring for Jovit.
He is being fed with liquid food through a tube to his nose, and sustained by a breathing hole in the neck (tracheostomy tube). Though there are improvements in his mental state, he remains generally unconscious with occasional blank stares and involuntary movements in his hands and feet.
He is being visited by volunteer nurses and support workers, but needs to be seen by Specialist Doctors including a General Practitioner, and an ENT to examine his throat and change his breathing tube on a regular basis. Unable to access in these services due to financial constraints.
The family is still hopeful for a speedier recovery and is appealing for your help in terms of monetary contribution to sustain Jovit's nutritional support and daily expenses in the group home.
