Journey to Iron Man 70.3

Hi Friends!  My name is Sophia Klein.  I have been an athlete ever since I can remember.  I rowed all through high school and college, even taking a spot on the World University Championship team that placed 3rd in Shanghai, China in 2018! Since I have graduated and moved on with my life, I was looking for something to keep me in shape and give me the satisfaction of still being an athlete.  I began running a lot more and I fell in love with cycling!  I've been training in running, biking, and swimming for the past 5 months with the help of my mom, my boyfriend, and a few friends along the way.  With the motivation of a close friend who is going with me on this journey, we have decided to sign up for the half IRONMAN race, also called the IRONMAN 70.3! We will be racing in the Steelhead IRONMAN 70.3 in Benton Harbor, MI on June 27, and the Wisconsin IRONMAN 70.3 on September 12.  These races consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride, followed by a half marathon run.  It is a dream of mine to someday soon complete a full IRONMAN but this is my first step in the process and I would greatly appreciate any kind of support you could give me.
