Joshua Grant Nichols, 20, passed away unexpectedly in an auto-pedestrian accident on Thursday, July 6, 2017.
He was born May 16, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Christopher S. and Michelle Bischoff Nichols. After graduating from Fremont High School Class of 2015, Joshua attended the University of Utah for a year.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Joshua loved playing Lacrosse and enjoyed the friendships he made in that sport. He was also an avid skier, snowboarder, and loved all water sports. His favorite times were the hours he would spend playing basketball and lacrosse with his siblings – he was a good brother and friend to them. Joshua loved life and everything in it. He was always willing to help anyone who needed it and did it all with his gorgeous smile. He will be greatly missed.
Joshua is survived by his parents; siblings, Mason Willard Nichols, Matthew Max Nichols, and Rachel Nichols, all of West Haven; grandparents, Max and Teri Nichols of Grace, ID, and Grant and Madge Bischoff of St. Anthony, ID.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12th at the Kanesville Ward Chapel, 4700 West 3330 South, West Haven. The family will meet with friends Tuesday, July 11th from 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the church.
