Joshua Lee Carstens Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Joshua Lee Carstens tragically lost his life on Friday 8/17/18, on the 520 bridge. He is survived by his 10 year old son Kaiden. As you can imagine his family is going through a very difficult time. On top of their grief they are also faced with major funeral expenses. Joshua's family has reached out to his employer and unfortunately he is not eligible for any benefits. I hope that we can come together as a community to alleviate his family of this financial burden. ANY help you can offer would be a tremendous blessing.
Joshua was a Union Carpenter with the local 30. Josh was kind, loving, giving, compassionate and the world has lost an amazing, genuine soul. Josh was a devoted father, loving son and an amazing brother. Josh helped raise his younger brother, Shea, who was 11 years younger than him. He coached a little league team, and made it a point to attend his sporting events through the years. He was his brothers biggest fan! Josh grew up in the Lake City community where he attended Nathan Hale HS and later graduated from Ingraham HS. He never took himself too serious and enjoyed having fun. Josh loved his family above all else and was a loyal friend to all to the end.
If your able, you can make your donation via GoFundMe, you can go to any Wells Fargo bank and donate (Account# 6135474358) under Joshua's memorial fund or send your donation directly to his mom.
