Medical Fund for Josh Burke
Donation protected
Josh was diagnosed with uveal melanoma, an aggressive cancer of the eye, in 2016. He received proton radiation to control the tumor, which worked for about 3 and a half years. Unfortunately, at the end of 2019 it was discovered the tumor in his eye was growing back, so his eye was removed.
In March of 2020, an MRI revealed that the cancer had spread to Josh’s liver. Since this type of cancer does not respond to conventional cancer treatments, Josh and his family are working on finding a clinical trial that will hopefully stabilize his condition and stop the cancer from spreading further.
While we do not have the details of the clinical trial yet, we know that financial support will be greatly needed for travel, hotels, food, out of pocket medical expenses and other necessities.
Your support of this beautiful family during this challenging time is greatly appreciated.
