Jose's Medical Expenses (Stanford)

This is Jose Arias Ruiz, my younger brother. In 2008 he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This would be the day that not only myself but my parents were hoping never happened. He's currently at Doctor's Medical Center, but need to be transferred to Stanford. The money raised would be to pay for transportation and medical expenses at Stanford.
