Jose Garcia & Family

Our ILWU Local 13 brother Jose Garcia" was injured last week (8/9/2018) at Maersk. Jose had a couple of fingers taken off and reattached but, the prognosis of him keeping them is questionable due to the extent of the damage that was done. Regardless whether he keeps them or not his recovery time will be a minimum of 5 months according to the doctor.
Jose is a loyal husband and father of 5. He always has a positive attitude and a pleasure to be around. We are lucky to have him as one of our brothers and if there's anything we can do during the difficult time his family would greatly appreciate it. Please pray for the Garcia family!
