Jose De Jesus Martinez "Chuy" Memorial Services

This fundraiser is to help with the memorial services for "Chuy" Jose De Jesus Martinez . Everyone who met him loved him. He had the gift of gab. He didn’t care if you were an aristocrat or a beggar on the street. He treated everyone he met with compassion and love. He taught me that it’s okay to express your love with a big hug or a simple, “I love you, brother.” He was fiercely loyal and had the heart and bravery of a lion. Your time on Earth was short, but you touched dozens of lives. You were an amazing uncle to our nieces and nephews, you were a loving brother to all of your siblings, you were a sweet and loving son to your parents, and you were a loyal friend. I know you looked at me as a role model, but you taught me more than you will ever know. You had a heart full of love, a beautiful smile, and you were the most charismatic and compassionate person I knew. I know that all your angst, pain, and sadness have subsided. I want you to know that you were well loved by many. We all wish we had more time with you. I wish I could have talked to you one more time, and taken you away from all the madness. You made us feel loved and you made us laugh like no other. We will miss you so much, but you will always be in our heart. You will always be the sweetest boy I have ever met.
