While New Years is suppose to be a celebration for a start to a new and better year along side your family this was much different for Jorge Fajardo Lopez and his son Jorge Fajardo Diaz JR .
Jorge and his son reside in Georgia and decided to go down to Florida for a family gathering for the New Years celebration.
On December 30th, 2017 they were tragically hit head on by a Jeep truck on the way to their family’s home , along with two of Jorge Sr. cousins at around 8pm. This collision caused many injuries to both Father and son. Jorge is still in very critical conditions, he has suffered two broken legs, one broken arm, as well as a broken pelvis and has severe damages in several organs. While in the hospital on January 7th, 2018, he suffered a stroke and his condition is still uncertain, but his situation is very critical and remains in ICU.
Jorge Jr suffered a broken leg in which broke in multiple places from the knee down forcing him to get a metal in his knee 16 bolt down from the knee to the ankle ending in a metal plate and a broken arm.
One of he’s cousins also suffered a broken arm and some major bruises as well as his other cousin.
This has been a lot for his family to take in while they are focused in Jorge’s well-being. Meanwhile the family will need the help of their family, friends, community and anyone willing to help this family in this time of need the money raised by this page will be used to cover all kinds of medical expenses , such as doctors visits, medications, therapies, and income loss that much of the family have loss with being with Jorge and his son in this life fighting tragedy.
