Jordan-Winter Family Livestock Recovery Effort

This is Susan Shipman, Lisa Fuller and Julie Sylvester and we are raising funds to help the Brenda Jordan/Mike Winter family from Riley, KS recover from the unthinkable…a feed mixing error by their feed company has killed (and continues to kill) their cattle and goats. The kids have lost their steers, all the replacement heifers they retained, their adult does and many of the does with recent kids or those due to kid soon. The loss includes over 20 years of Red Angus genetics and countless years of goat breeding. Insurance will replace some of the loss but there are so many expenses that it will not. Through this fund, we hope to provide funds for vet bills, medicines, supplies and funds for the kids to purchase replacement animals for county fair. (They usually show home-raised steers) Please consider making any donation you can. All will be greatly appreciated!
