Jordan's Transplant

Hey everyone, I made this gofundme to help out my cousin Jordan and his family. Please share this as much as possible and hopefully we can raise enough money to bless this beautiful family! Here's a little bit that Jordan would like you all to know..

"hey guys this is Jordan and I have a story to tell you. It all started when I was 11 months old. My mom didn't really know what was going on with me until she took me to the hospital. That is when the doctors told her that I had kidney disease. So after all this happened we started looking for someone who was generous enough to donate a kidney to me. That's where my Nana came in.  At the age of 4 my Nana gave me one of her kidneys. Unfortunately my original disease attacked my Nana's kidney. So I had to get it taken out. Since then I have been primarily on peritoneal dialysis.  Finally my time has come. It's my turn to get a kidney. My cousin thought it would be a good idea to start this go fund me to help my family and I with all the costs that are related to the transplant. After I'm released from the hospital I have to stay in Chapel Hill area for 2–3 months. This money will help with things such as gas, parking, housing, food,  and my medicine that is not paid for and for my mom or dad being out of work for the time I'm here so one of them can be with me. Thank you all."
