Dave and Jacque Jones were on staff at Camp Olympia from 1980 thru 1990. They served in a number of roles including counselors, assistant directors, chow hall director, pool king, ropes course guru, and professional blob installer. Needless to say, the I-Boys will never be the same. They continued serving children and families through residential camping at Camp Joy in Ohio and Camp Classen in Oklahoma. Currently they are teachers in Ardmore, Oklahoma. They have three children Cayton, Rachel, and Ellie. Rachel and Ellie both served Olympia as counselors as well. They have four grandchildren with Ellie due to have their fifth in March.

Now is our opportunity to serve them.

In 2003, Jacque battled breast cancer and saw it go into remission. In 2016, the cancer returned in her liver, bones, and brain. She has been receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment in Ardmore and Oklahoma City waging a courageous fight. As a beloved member of our Olympia family, we want to show Jacque how much we love her by helping to shoulder some of the financial burden that comes with a lengthy illness. Recently she had to resign her much loved teaching position due to her weakened condition.
