Jonas Olson’s Medical Expenses

My 12 year old nephew Jonas had a terrible accident Monday morning. He fell 25 feet from a tree and has a very long road ahead of him.

So far we know that Jonas has a lacerated spleen, bruised lungs, fractured sinus , broken wrist, fracture on his spine, broken teeth, got air in his brain from the fractured sinus but they said that shouldn’t be a problem, lots of bruises and scratches.

Yesterday he had surgery on his wrist and is now in a cast.

Pain management is a big concern right now. We are unsure how long he will be in the hospital and they are still searching and finding potential other problems as well.

We are thankful he survived the fall, but will have a tough recovery ahead.

I’m asking for help for all the medical expenses surrounding this. My brother and his wife Kim have a large family as Jonas has 4 other siblings. It would be a huge help and stress relief if they didn’t also have to worry about how to pay for everything Jonas is going to need.
