Have you ever met someone who made you laugh whenever you were around them? Someone who made you smile whenever you were around them?  Someone who would literally give you the shirt off of his back? Someone who has the biggest heart out of anyone you've ever met? If so then you've met Jonas Holt. 
We all know what Jonas has been through the last few weeks, now he is going through the final stages of liver disease. His family's main goal is to make him comfortable at home during this time and his wonderful wife Adrienne is the best person to do this. She has been a rock through this all.  She is not working now to be at home full time with Jonas . Their medical bills are growing and this go fund will help them.
