Jon Putnam Kidney Transplant

As many of you know, Jon Putnam had a kidney transplant a few years ago due to kidney disease he transmitted while serving in the Navy. Unfortunately the transplanted kidney (and only kidney) is in total renal failure. 

As a husband, father of four, great friend to many, and a special education teacher, Jon has a great personality and a tremendous heart.  He is truly a one of a kind person. 

Now both Jon and his wife Jessica are out of work - Jon due to the kidney failure, and Jessica taking care of him as well as the kids.
