Jon Frattasio and Doug Smith kidney transplant

Hi, my name is Adam Frattasio and I'm raising funds for my brother Jon's kidney transplant. Some years back, Jon contracted a bacterial infection (C. difficile) left undiagnosed by a local hospital. By the time proper care was given, his body had literally dried out, leaving him with damaged kidneys. Jon is one of nine children, including eight boys, but none of us tested as ideal transplant matches. Incredibly, one of Jon's and our family's dearest friends is a perfect match. Doug Smith, the former minor-league hockey player whom the "GOON" movies were based on, agreed to donate one of his kidneys. All the funds raised will be distributed to Jon for costs not covered by insurance and those bills affected by him not being able to work during recovery.
