Jolene's Medical Fund

Hello, my name is Nichole Henise and as many of you know my mother, Jolene Henise, fell on August 30th and suffered a traumatic brain injury that has taken her independence. After a long stay in the hospital she was moved to a rehabilitation facility in Lancaster.  She is currently working daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and continues to show improvements every day! However, we have now hit a road block with her insurance. Unfortunately her benefits have been exhausted and we are forced to move her from the current facility. Due to the level of care she still requires, we aren’t able to bring her home yet. My family and I have found another facility that can meet her needs and accommodate the therapy she requires to become the Jolene we all know and love. Sadly, the cost of this is 100% out of pocket. The cost per month is $2,700 and we are finding it difficult to come up with the funds. We are so grateful for the donations we have received from family, friends and her G Club family. With their help we have been able to pay for the room and one month of stay starting this Friday 12/2.  

 We are here to simply ask for help as she would be the first to lend a helping hand. Jolene has always been a caring, giving and extremely loving woman who has always put others needs before her own. The funds that will be raised will go towards Jolene's room and board and any other medical expenses that arise. We are so thankful for all the help, love and support we constantly receive.
