Cost of living after surgery

Hi everyone, my name is Daggi and I'm asking for help for my husband.

In March 2024, my husband Rick faced a terrifying ordeal when his aorta showed a giant 8.4 cm aneurysm.

Under normal circumstances those aneurysms get surgery at the size of 5cm, so this one was so critical he was placed into the trauma center and not allowed to move until surgery. With a less than 60% chance of survival, he underwent critical surgery. Then comes the recovery with very little movement for weeks to make sure nothing tears.

6 weeks of no income can tear a huge whole into your financial situation and after selling about everything that the banks don't own, we're spent.

That's why I'm reaching out for your help.
