John Wood Family Memorial Trip

Hi all, my names Steve Randall and I'm one of the group admins on the UK Bikers Touring Europe Facebook group. As many of you already know, UKBTE group member and all round petrol head, John Wood was tragically killed just 15 miles from home on the return journey of what was to be his last bike tour. John has been a popular member of the group since it began in 2017 and while touring mainland Europe, has also met up with quite a few people from UKBTE. There's been a big outpouring of sympathy and condolences from the group as I think it really touched home how tragic his death was . A few people have got in touch with me to ask if there's going to be any sort of fund they can donate to.
John's son Gareth has recently said he'd like to follow in his dads footsteps and trace his final journey next year with his daughter (John's granddaughter) in the car. I thought this would be really nice tribute and send off to his son and granddaughter, if anyone in the group wanted to help out with some of the the cost towards that trip. We all know just how expensive touring is!
