John T. Swain Memorial Fund

John T. Swain left us unexpectedly June 12, 2017 at the young age of 38. He was a hard-working father of four and a dedicated husband. Despite his best efforts to support his family, he was unable to afford health insurance or life insurance. At the time of his death he was the sole provider for his family as his wife Tania Cruz Swain was in the process of recovering from shoulder surgery. Help is needed for bills, day to day expenses, childcare and transportation to counseling appointments for his youngest children-Phoenix& Onyx, occupational therapy appointments and Tania's job search efforts. The family's long term goals are to create a Memorial Fund for John's four children as well as start the John T.
