John Surface Memorial Fund

Some of you know our dear friends, John and Tammy Surface. They are the epitome of family. John recently lost his hard fought battle against cancer. John always took great pride in providing for his family; wife Tammy, sons Jake, Eric, Conner & Caden. He was his family's primary breadwinner, and being the responsible man he always was, he did his best to make sure they would be taken care of if anything happened to him. But medical insurance only covers so much of a year long battle against cancer. There are medical bills and funeral costs that I don't want added to Tammy's worries. My wish is for her to have time to grieve and process the new normal of life without John. Any donation, no matter how small, or large, will go a long way in providing her with some financial security, when she has the time to take a breath and focus on paying those debts. Rest easy John, we'll help Tammy get through this.
