John Salter Recovery Fund

This GoFundMe page is being established for John Salter.  On Sunday, September 24th, 2017 around 9 pm John (30 years old) was struck by a drunk driver on his way home.  He was hit head on and is currently in a coma in critical condition.  He has multiple spinal fractures and bleeding on the brain, as well as multiple other injuries.

This fund will be used to help with expenses for himself and his girlfriend, Adrienne Lee, during this time.  All donations will go to Adrienne to manage the financial situation.  As for the long term: recovery time, medical expenses and time away from work are still unknown so any and all donations are greatly appreciated in this time of uncertainty. 

In addition to financial assistance, this fund is also being established to bring awareness to the very real risk of driving under the influence.  This is a very real problem that still exists today unfortunately.  We NEED to spread awareness and get drunk drivers off the road!  So PLEASE, even if you cannot help financially, please share John's story to prevent this tragedy from happening to anyone else.  Innocent people are put in danger every single day due to the poor choices made by people driving under the influence.

As John is currently in a coma, we will continue to post updates on John's health as his condition changes.  In the meantime, please pray for John and his recovery and share with everyone you know who can help financially, through spreading awareness, or through prayer.  Thank you all for your help!!!
