Hello my name is Elizabeth Cortez wife of John Paul Cortez. We are coming to everyone in need of some assistance we didn't expect to have for a procedure that has been put off and over due. My husband deals with two different heart conditions which is AFib and SVT. We have been dealing with this since last year and now he is in need of an ablation that will cost almost $43,000.00. Thank God I just got us insurance but because we have not met our deductible we will have some out of pocket costs not including his time off after this.
