John Goans funeral expenses organized by Renee Stephenson
John beat esophageal cancer in July confirmed by a PET scan and there was no signs of cancer, but in his lung was 3 nodules too small to measure in July. So we decided to take a mini trip to celebrate to the coast.
Then all of the sudden he started having extreme back pain and often shortness of breath so bad I took him to the hospital 3 weeks ago They admitted him and found fluid in his lungs, which turned out to be cancerous and an MRI was done for his back pain and it showed cancer in his spine. That was such a shock to hear. We thought we would still have sometime together maybe a few months.
But, On February 13, the Lord took John from us, leaving me in total shock and heart broken. I know he is in Heaven dancing with his mother, brother, and father and my father. He is no longer in pain but in peace. I still find it so hard to believe he is gone. John had a service dog and he also misses him so much he just lays on his pillow all day.
He passed away from terminal metatasic cancer to lungs, spine, and other bones, and they didn’t know where else. He is survived by his Wife Christine Goans, his service dog Jake and his sister Julie Goans.
Any donation will be appreciated, if not maybe share the post Anything helps out
