John Boy Ramnarine

We are saddened to announce the passing of John Boy Ramnarine on the 7th day of April 2023. Many of you may not have been aware that John Boy was a diabetic; In December 2022 he had a heart attack and was sedated for 3 weeks; while under sedation, he had stents blood transfusion and dialysis; after sedation he developed 3 bedsores and required rotation every 2 hrs and proper cleaning to keep the bedsores from getting worse. After being discharged to rehabilitation and he wasn't getting the proper care which led to 3 more hospital visits. During those visits the doctors noticed bacterial infection but couldn't figure out where the infection was coming from. On March 17th he was sent to Bellevue hospital and within days the doctors figured out the infection was coming from improper care from bedsore. The bedsore eventually spread and shortly became sepsis. It started to attack his skin, caused low blood pressure and then attacked his heart. As a result of negligence things took a quick sudden turn for the worst. Sadly but Thankfully John Boy passed on with his family by his side. The family of Mr John Boy Ramnarine would like to ask for your kind thoughts and prayers, as well as any donations you can make to cover his unforeseen service and expenses.
