Johanna was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer on October 15, 2013, just a day before her birthday.
Since her diagnosis, Johanna has been through four rounds of chemotherapy, stereo tactic brain surgery, multiple rounds of radiation, and three oral chemotherapy treatments, including a clinical trial,
all while remaining a strong wife to husband Domenic and mother to her four children, Isaac, Nathanial, Katie, and Anna.
Johanna's doctors determined that her lung cancer was caused by radon exposure in her home. As the medical bills accumulate and Johanna continues to fight this battle we hope to ease some of the financial burden placed on her and her family, and help her as she has helped countless others.
