Joe's Eagle Scout Project

My name is Joe Schissler and I am a Boy Scout from Troop 221 in Oak Creek WI. I am a Life Scout currently working on the Eagle rank, the highest rank in Scouts.

One of the requirements for this rank is to plan and carry out a project that will benefit the community. The project that I have chosen is called a Wake Up Call room. I am working with the Oak Creek Health Department on this project.

A Wake Up Call room is designed to be a replica of a typical teenage bedroom, and it is used to educate parents and other adults about teen drug abuse. The side of the room will open up barn-door style for presentation purposes and it will be built on a trailer so it can be moved to different locations.

I'm hoping to raise enough money to fund for the materials necessary to construct the room, and I'm hoping to get it done before spring.  I made this GoFundMe page to make it easy to donate to my project.
