Joe's 40th birthday adventure to Iceland

Donation protected

Hello everyone

On September the 17th I turn 40. I know it's hard to believe. I think Autism makes me look younger

To celebrate this landmark moment I am visiting Iceland with my best friend and brother Rick (pickle) Banton. Rick turned 50 this year and this is something we have dreamed of doing ever since we first met.

My special ability is taking photographs and I can think of no where better to put that Autistic ability to the test, than the land of ice and fire. My whole purpose in doing this is to show the world how being Autistic is not a doomsday life sentence of being unable to achieve, but the opposite. It is a difference of neurology that can help us become experts in anything we love. This trip and the photographs I will take, will hopefully elevate me to new levels as an artist and gain more attention to the Autistic community in a positive light.

I'm not expecting anything, it would be rude and presumptuous to do so. But I wanted to give the chance to anyone who would like to donate to my 40th birthday and my dream photography trip, the opportunity to do so. The money raised will go towards food, accommodation, vehicle rental and fuel.

Thank you for your time, I can't wait to share my photos with you all when I get back. Anyone who donates more than £30 will be eligible for two digital images taken on the trip, you can pick from my top 10 best that will be voted for on Facebook.
