My brother Joel Carter has been diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer.
He is a proud member of Ironworkers Local #263. He has been my traveling and work companion as we have worked on many jobs together over the past 6 years.
He is always there for me and anyone who needs his help.
He has 2 daughters Jennifer and Amber,and a son Joel. Sister and 2 brothers,Janet ,Kevin and myself.
His daughter (Jennifer) and him are currently in Atlanta,Georgia at (Cancer Treatment Centers Of America) to prepare to fight this dreaded disease.
As you can imagine there will be physical and emotional cost as well as monetary.
There will be missed days of work,travel expenses,co-pays etc.
