Joe Hunt's Final Wishes

Donation protected
Hi everyone, I am the sister of Erin Bolte, who most of you know was the love of Joe's life! Erin has been Joe's passenger in life for the past 7 plus years. The two picked out their home together in 2015 and have been each other's family since the day they met. As you all now know, Joe was killed tragically in a race on Saturday, September 28th at an event in Coffeyville, Kansas. Joe was fully equipped with all of the right safety gear and ONE HELL OF A GOOD DRIVER but the unimaginable happened and Joe was taken from us. There has been an overwhelming out reach from every one within the racing community asking what they can do to help. Well, here's where we need all of the support we can get:

Erin was Joe's entire world, and vice versa. The two not only created a home together, but they shared a life and were building for their future together. Unfortunately, Joe did not have a living will. Joe never thought the unimaginable would happen, especially to him at just 27 years old. The home Joe and Erin purchased together is just in his name, his vehicles, and everything he has worked so hard to build for the two of them is now left  up for grabs and will most likely fall into the hands of his estranged father and sister which is not at all what Joe would have wanted. Erin is now grieving the loss of the love of her life, the man she has built a home with, was going to marry and start a family with but is terrified that her entire world is going to be taken away from her, after already losing the most important person in her life. Erin was Joe's family.  She was it and he made it known! Joe had Erin, and his best friend, Joey Hiykel and the entire racing community. Please help us honor Joe's final wishes and keep Erin in their home. We all know this is what Joe would have wanted, but now that he is no longer here it is up to all of us to rally together to make sure she is able to grieve in their own home.

"Through his street and no-prep racing exploits dating back to his teenage years, Hunt became a well-known figure throughout the Midwest and beyond, and his infectious personality endeared him to even his most fierce of competitors. And so it’s no small surprise that social media has seen an outpouring of remembrances for Hunt in the wake of his passing." -
